Preprint ID

Capture the preprint ID for an article in a <custom-meta> element child of <custom-meta-group>.

The custom-meta element must have two child elements:

A <meta-name> element containing the value arxivppt.
A <meta-value> element containing the value of the relevant preprint ID for the article.
