Article Title

Capture the article title in a <article-title> element as a child of a <title-group> element.

The <article-title>element may contain the following child elements:

bold
italic
monospace
sc
sub
sup
underline
inline-formula
xref
fn
ext-link

Note: When there is a footnote on the title capture both the <xref> and <fn> within the <article-title> element.
