Facility List (AAS)

Capture the list of facility list for AAS journals in a <p >element child of <ack>.

Capture each facility in a <named-content> element with a @content-type attribute with value facility and a @xlink:href attribute with the value of the facility name not including text in parentheses.

The value of the <named-content> element is the name of the facility including text in parentheses.
